Pre-Listing Support

Includes:

  • MLS Entry & Setup – Complete entry of property details, including all key features, pricing, and agent information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Property Description Creation – Craft a compelling, polished listing description designed to attract buyers and highlight the home’s best features.

  • Professional Photo Coordination – Schedule, confirm, and upload high-quality listing photos, ensuring proper formatting and order for maximum impact.

  • Sign Delivery & Placement – Coordinate sign installation and ensure it is properly placed to maximize visibility.

  • Documentation Management – Collect all required seller disclosures, forms, and other documents, then upload them to the MLS for compliance and easy access.

  • Showing Service Setup – Set up showing instructions and access information to streamline appointments and protect seller privacy.

  • Open House Scheduling – Enter all upcoming open houses into the MLS and coordinate timing for optimal exposure.

FAQs

  • It will take 3-4 days to get your listing live after I receive all the documents and photos.

  • I maintain a work schedule that is line with Lenders and Title: I can be reached between 9am and 5pm, M-F. I always prioritize urgent matters first but can usually attend to most other requests within 1-2 hours.

  • Once you are a fully onboarded client, you will have a link to an intake form that you will fill out with key property information and submit back to me. I will then send an introduction email to your sellers and have them fill out a more detailed property information form.

  • Payment for Listing Launch is due the day the listing goes live. Payment for Contract to Close is due on the day of closing.
